About us
A peer support group, run by women, for women
WE Menopausers is a friendly, informal peer support group for women experiencing menopause and perimenopause in West End and the surrounding Southampton area.
We meet up once a month, and between meet-ups we keep in touch through our private Facebook group. There's no membership, no fee and no expectation to share more than you want to.
The "WE" is West End, but it's also us. Whatever stage you're at, and whether you've got a diagnosis, a hunch, or just a feeling that something has shifted, you're welcome.
